  • Technical Issues: If a user experiences persistent technical problems preventing access to purchased courses, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a user is accidentally charged multiple times for the same course or subscription.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without the user’s authorization and is reported within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service Unavailability: If a course or service was advertised but later became unavailable, and a suitable alternative is not provided.

3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If the user decides they no longer wish to use the service after purchase.
  • Partial Course Completion: If a user has accessed or completed a significant portion of a course before requesting a refund.
  • Failure to Meet System Requirements: If the user purchases a course without ensuring their device meets the necessary technical specifications.
  • Promotional or Discounted Purchases: Courses purchased as part of promotions or discounts may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Request Process To request a refund, users must:

  1. Submit a refund request via email to info@wisdomwaye-lessons.com with the following details:
    • Full name
    • Email address associated with the purchase
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors, duplicate charges)
  2. Our team will review the request within 2-3  business days and notify the user of the decision.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
  • Refunds for subscriptions will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of the initial payment and if no significant usage of the service has occurred.
  • Partial refunds for ongoing subscriptions will not be provided.

6. Google Play and Third-Party Payment Processors: For purchases made through Google Play or other third-party payment platforms, refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies.

7. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen situations such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other significant hardships that prevent course completion. Supporting documentation may be required.
